Where to get a laptop repaired …..?

When you return to the Philippines, i plan on giving my brother my laptop as I'm updating a newer model. The only problem is the DVD drive no longer works. Where in Manila can I obtain repair cheaply? Indeed, the laptop is a Acer.Aspire. T just further this question a little, how could I get a new DVD drive? Here in the UK is about P4, 000.
