Can I download an audio card?

The sound came to my PC. I was told I probably have a bad audio card and my speakers work good and sound setting master none had been altered. Now I'm not very computer savvy so just wide-eyed "Free Card Audio "and started clicking on links like crazy. But in the end all I found was a small box where he was to enter my card number credit. If unable to download your keyboard, mouse or monitor, it would be possible to download the audio card. You probably have some audio drivers.
