Introduction

In recent years the growth of agricultural universities have increased from a few in 1940 to more than 40 in 2004. The number of students enrolled increased from a mere means a thousand to nearly 20 000 between this period. As currently have 260 colleges in India provide education degrees in agriculture alone. They consist of several disciplines including horticulture, veterinary, sericulture, forestry, floriculture, and a number of other sub-disciplines as plantation crops, medicinal herbs, mushrooms, seed production, dairy production, agricultural and management,. Yard poultry and hatching

KVK resolve this problem eggs hatching by installing small farm unit. Every month 15 to 20 farmers benefit from the purchase of poultry chicks. There are 200 units of new poultry of Vanraja. Each farmer is raising 10 to 25 in the backyard. There is a good demand and response for chicks and eggs Vanraja. KVKs are planning to expand this initiative by Agri-business graduates.

Semi-stop-fed goat rearing

 

KVK made an intervention to improve the company by conducting short-term programs of training for rural youth. Similarly exposure visit were organized in the diet of goat, breed and health management. More emphasis was given in up gradation Osmanabadi goat-goat race in selected not Buck described by pure osmanabadi and given the knowledge of semi stallfed concept goat rearing. This experience in Andhra Pradesh shows a great potential for agro-graduates own business.

Poultry Production

 

A KVK has conducted training programs for 165 students. Acquired skills through hands-on learning of the demonstration unit KVK and won money. The technology has been adopted by 10 per cent of young people now in a radius of 20 km. Mixed farming Culture University:

Higher productivity growth can be achieved through the application of technology and production recommendations to farmers fields. We have a 65% small and marginal farmers whose conscience potential is low. The predominant production system of these farmers is a mixed farming or breeding compound. Unlike U.S. and European agriculture is our need to increase "Crop-Livestock-fish-plant integrated production system with multiple livelihood." Therefore, we need our own innovative policies for education and training. Mixed farming Education University and configurations is our need. We are currently going astray in our need. Superior productivity concerns:

We are proud to call ourselves as the second largest Agricultural Research System (ARS) in the Second. In reviewing our performance we are not in the top ten most cited publications agriculture of the countries in the world. Agri Export Orientation, education and employment:

In the current era of biosecurity, phytosanitary and animal health has become a key awful. The education and knowledge was safe and secure possession in the past. Is not true. Exporting requires knowledge and new inventions need patent. Web design and web design have become masters unknown invisible to students. The student-teacher ratio has risen to spiritual horizons.
