What company offers laptops that come with the least amount of preinstalled useless software?

I want a very simplified version of the machine. I do not want any extra. There are companies selling laptops like this? Also, do any of the companies include the operating system disk separately? For example, if I have to reformat, I do not want all the preinstalled garbage in a clean installation. Thank you.
