Is my laptop upgradeable?

I have a Dell Latitude X300 and tried to run Crysis on it though, said I have a video card compatible. I have not changed anything in my computer since I got my senior year. I thought maybe I should change the video card that supports a better however, I'm not sure where to start. "I can update it? And how I can ugrade? Thanks
