My motherboard is showing Intel MCH temperature 70 degrees +, 65 + ICH temperature is normal?

I bought this computer as a whole and not know if this temperature is acceptable or should I call the computer that was sold to fix this so pls pls help me all my mottherboard is the Intel Desktop Board DP35DP PLS help all

Are these temps read in the BIOS? If so, is that the exact temperatures. It's too hot. How old is this pc? It seems that their fans are not running – whether it is the dust, the fans are bad, or the settings are not correct for cooling.
